The mechanics seem like they know their stuff and get the job done, but they could definitely improve their customer service. I took my car in for an inspection, which was done quite thoroughly with lots of small minor things spotted and noted down on paper. However the mechanic(s) who inspected the car didn't take any time to speak with me in person or explain any of the more serious issues listed; instead they just left the paperwork with the receptionist. Otherwise I'm sure this place is a good one for getting repairs done, as they seem very popular and are super busy.

Most unhelpful receptionist I've ever encountered. First told me that they don't work on trailers, and when I said that their website and sign clearly state they work on caravans and trailers, she told me oh.....oh....let me see.....ok

Useless rude staff, booked something in 4 weeks ago, drive 45 mins to be told oh we can’t find your booking now! Won’t be going back and do not recommend!!

I've been getting our cars serviced here for almost 10 years, since they were located in Mindarie. They do a cracking job and are 100% honest in their dealings, I never question what needs to be done with the cars as I know they never try over sell. It's why I always come back here and why it's always extremely busy ! Deb on the front is always a pleasure to deal with too.Only slight negative is they don' t fill out my service history book but ive asked them to back date and they said they will

Firstly the camera was installed where I could not see my reversing camera. I was left with with wires coming directly out of my ceiling padding. which then fell down. After abusing me for requesting repairs and questioning their lack of professionalism, they agreed to fit the camera properly. Only to wreck the clips keeping the interior side cladding in place. So now a piece of the cladding sticks out, when it was perfect before they worked on my vehicle. I feel like I paid $250 to get abused and my car vandalised.

Needs to improve receptionist customer interactions.Gave instructions on all issue to be done but didn’t inform the mechanic resulting i have to return the car for another service.Complete waste of my time.

We have taken 3 different cars to these guys over 10+ years for servicing and repairs and have never been disappointed. I recently took our Pajero in to be serviced and the mechanic gave me a good 5 minutes of his time to explain the few minor points on the service invoice.The customer service is always pleasant and booking is easy.Highly recommend Mindarie Workshop.

Wow what service! This was my first time visiting this place and what made me book was the outstanding reviews I read. I can now see why! I was scheduled for an appointment with the auto electrician and went to drop my car off the night before. Well they did a minor fault find and fixed the problem on the spot free of charge. Will definitely be coming here from now on. Thanks so much.

Our car had to go over the pits which cost us $179 and on pickup we collected the bill and we were told that the inspection results will be email.It took a few phone calls to actually receive the email.My husband did all the jobs listed on the form, when we took it back for are-inspection which we had to pay $120 for, we were told by another mechanic that it failed due to a few more minor issues that the previous mechanic shouldn’t have passed which meant we had to pay another $120 for another re-inspection due to a incompetent mechanicThese things weren’t listed the first time but were added later which cost us an extra $120 and another trip back and time off work.Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else and save yourself some time and money. Also you never want incompetent mechanics working on your vehicles, small issues can lead to big problems that they take no responsibility for

Best place to get a car service! The receptionist Emily is the sweetest and I felt so comfortable taking my car in alone as a woman!
