We love endota in Lorne and keep going back there to relax and unwind. Special thanks to Alana who gave me (the best!) massages before, during and after my pregnancy when my spine was absolutely killing me! We will be back!

I booked an appointment to touch up my eyebrows two days before my wedding in Lorne. I had already had them done two weeks prior with my normal technician up north, and informed the staff that I was getting married on the weekend and just wanted them to clean up any stray hairs and re-tint my eyebrows and lashes. The tint immediately began stinging my eyes and had to be removed. The wax was left on too long and upon trying to remove it, the girl gouged my skin out next to my eye and left me with two large scratches. I then had large scabs that could not be covered on my wedding day :-(When I let the receptionist at endota know she said they were sorry, gave me a $25 refund, and told me to go to the chemist to buy something that would accelerate healing. I regularly get my eyebrows done and have never been mutilated until now. Avoid at all costs.

Dissapointed by the lack of management at Endota Lorne. I had called more than 5 times to request an appointment & left messages over a span of a week (if not more). It is now 12 days since the first call & am yet to receive a response. Terrible service.
