One Health & Wellness - Kinesiology Services
Went alone not really knowing what to expect and left feeling amazing. Unlocking stress and other busy living factors has been a welcome relief. My children also attend and a change in them is evident. We will keep it and no doubt will be better for it. Meagan is a lovely, warm, thoughtful person that guides you through the process. She clearly enjoys helping others and offers a holistic approach. Highly recommend.
