As this appears to be the only dry cleaning outlet left in Blackwood I had to visit out of necessity but the rude lady who served me has really put me off.I also observed the off-hand and insulting way that the customer before me was treated after she enquired about a lost button.I cannot see how talking to and treating people in such a dreadful way is acceptable, and how is it going to grow the business.I am lost as a customer and will explore less convenient options to be able to be spoken to and treated as a human rather than an inconvenience.

Very unpleasant experience from woman at front desk. Was treated like it was an inconvenience to be there with her rude manner. I left with my item and walked 50m down the road to Blackwood Drycleaners and was greeted by a friendly gentleman who was very pleasant. Very pleased to have found a local business for my future drycleaning needs.

This place is awful. My giirlfriend was treated very poorly by the staff and was made to feel like she was not welcome. And she got ripped off on the price.Blackwood dry cleaning is a much better dry cleaner in Blackwood. They are in the main st opposite solver.It is a fmily business. They are friendly and do a great job at a fair price.Go and see Jack, he will do a great job. Do not got to Chehade. Theg are crooks

Went here years ago to take my coat to be dry cleaned and the lining stitched where it had come away. While that was all done ok (But charged a fair amount for only a coat being dry cleaned and repaired!) - it was the rude woman at the counter that put me off. I too was made to feel like an inconvenience and was snapped at.Didn't care for the attitude and rudeness and never went back. Need some items dry cleaning again and I will be going to Blackwood Dry Cleaners (as others have suggested).

Shrunk a dress, ruined the hem of another, didn't tell us our dry cleaning was ready, then tried to charge us for the stuff they had to fix. These guys are the worst.

I was a bit concerned when I read all the negative reviews but I had a completely positive experience. The lady was friendly (in fact quite chatty), the dry cleaning of two suits was good and the pants I had altered were also fine. I would use them again. Interestingly, the reason I went there was because I have had a really terrible experience with the other dry cleaner in Blackwood that others have raved about.

Unpleasant experience. They don't even do dry cleaning here, it is just a drop off point. I guess it helps people who are not so mobile but staff are argumentative, pricing is through the roof and just exactly what is this premium service I was sold ? And I don't want an argument about whether another member of staff told me they would text me when my cleaning was done (he did tell me and he didnt text me). And no, I will not be loading your app on my phone. In fact I will not be returning.
