Had the most pleasant experience with Amazing Clean recently. Bought a new roller mechanism but could not work out how to replace. Called Stephen for assistance and was most surprised when he offered to take me though the process on a video call. And this was after normal office hours. Still could not get my blind to work but this is one instance of a bad student. Thank you all.

I'd give 6 stars if I could! We had 14 dirty (and mouldy...) roller blinds that we were thinking about either replacing or getting cleaned. We were quoted thousands to get just the worst ones replaced new, while Amazing Clean Chatswood quoted around $1000 to clean all 14. From my initial web enquiry through to providing a free on-site quote, their customer service was top notch and pressure free. Big thanks to Stephen for the quote and for collecting our blinds, and then to Andrew and Steve for their quick install job. The blinds look brand new. So glad we went with Amazing Clean. Would recommend to friends and family if you want to refresh your roller blinds. SIX STARS

Very polite and efficient. Their company name is very appropriate as I was amazed with their ability to remove cooking grease and mould from our blinds. Recommended!

We were having trouble with the heavy double curtains in our living room, as the draw string mechanism was not functioning. Stephen answered the call, was on time for the appointment and found that the issue was not serious, just a length of the draw string jammed over the pulley. He fixed it, gave us sound advice on future maintenance and cleaning and was extremely personable throughout. I would certainly return to Amazing Clean for pour future needs and recommend their services
