It is run by great staff and management!!!If you are thinking of sending your child, do yourself a favour and dont go by reviews, go in and see for yourself! Its a beautiful new centre and you'll see a real happy vibe through out the whole centre.

We absolutely love Imagine ELC.We have been very happy with the centre. Warm staff, excellent communication and most of all my son is thrilled to go each morning! It’s a little community which we are so glad to be apart of.The facilities are world class, and the meals are nutritious. Oh and the little things that make a big difference such as updated emails throughout the day, extra curricular classes - Kelly Mini sports and music classes, and quality nappies. We love the free coffee each morning also! So handy when on the run to work!When we drive past on days off my child waves hello and wants to go. We started in the nursery room and found all the educators very caring and kind. We have been lucky to have some of the same girls follow up into the next class. So glad we moved from our previous child’s centre as this one is next level.Thank you Imagine for creating such a nuturing space for our children!

We have been using this center for 3 years now and cannot fault our experience. I recently transitioned our 6 month old son into nursery and the staff were fantastic. Jaci and Leah went out of their way to ensure our home routine was met and send me regular updates on his transition. My older son is in the kinder room and just loves going to day care. Food is nutritious, the program is educational and the staff are wonderful. Thanks team for making my life so much easier!

The orientation process was thorough and my daughter settled into this centre really easily. Every time we walk into the room to drop off we are quickly greeted by warm and welcoming Educators who are attentive to the needs of the child, they are happy to give some support if needed but are also able to recognise when she needs a bit of time and space to warm up!My almost 4 year old loves this place, she comes home happy and having learnt something new every day. What more could you want.

This centre is a biig bigg joke. Every day you go to drop your child you see new face in the room. Educators dont knw anything about the kids in the room and manager of the centre never available. Dont put your child safety in risk by sending them to this place.

We have been attending here for almost 2 years and I have nothing but the highest praise for all the staff. It has a wonderful feel to the place and the staff are amazing, I have always felt they knew my children so well and put the time and effort to get to know the whole family as well. They run fantastic programs and the kids always have so much fun.

My daughter has been going here for a year and I cannot fault anything about this daycare. Professional, reliable, amazing and friendly staff. My daughter has developed so wonderfully. The thorough reports filled with photos and what they did on the day is so great and often my other friends who have kids in daycare are surprised by the level of detail. I have recently moved 25 minutes away but will continue to send her here as both my daughter and I are 100% happy at the centre.

Would not recommend. I would avoid at all costs if you want to drop your child off with peace of mind. If there are issues you need to raise, management wont work with you - or at least that wont be their first option. They will tell you your feeding schedule is wrong and change it without you knowing. I only found out when I questioned it because my child started getting sick. Then they did it again, three times. They will lie about how events played out when you report to higher management. Consistently signing injury forms because they aren't watching children with the care they deserve. There are some staff that will be genuinely missed, others not so much. Training and reflection within the centre is VERY needed. Fancy facilities, but some staff let it down.

Caring educators and staff, tailored learning programs, brand new purpose-built centre with a great outdoor play space = happy thriving kids.

Centre infrastructure structure is very good and attractive, but staff required more training and need to planed activity accordingly to kids age group. Being new childcare need to put more efforts on training staff. Interactive whiteboards are used but no clarity on how long kids are spending time with that.
