BNZ serviced my vl calais they left the leads sitting on the manifold to burn, they changed my thermostat which leaks. 2 days after the service I was going to install my kids chair into the car and noticed my rear Calais head rests now flop around as bnz stole my headrest pins. Going over the car further I noticed my centre console latch was also missing. If you have a car with hard to find pieces keep away from this place as they are thieves!
