The Service Manager at the near new Coles Supermarket in Warwick S.E.Q., by the name of Kelly, is an absolute horror. She can be so rude to her Store Customers, her behavior borders on being abusive. This all took place whilst returning 10 x cans of My Dog 'Beef & Liver' as a product recall by Mars in the media. Recommendation: stay well clear of Kelly, she is one extremely rude lady. The Store Manager, Michael Vipiana should send her back to Coles School for retraining, alternatively replace her in a hurry!

Terrible and I mean terrible that you want to implement more self service and not care about the elderly customer who struggle to use the service. Get rid of all your staff and see if anyone actually still supports you because I'm confident that you'll see a massive drop in business

I just tried to phone the Coles corporate office in Mt. Gravatt.A recorded message advised me that my call could not proceed as dialed, yet it was the automated link on their web page that directed my call.I am a coles customer of long standing...Unfortunately I have both my vehicles and my home insured with Coles (IAG insurance company). They take our premiums without any effort. But making a claim and getting compensated is quite another story.

Your promotions are a scam I have rang 6 Coles supermarkets everyday and they all say no saute pans with lid came in how could that be if it's promotion still going there should be heaps of pans everyday so wrong

Beenleigh management and staff have been a couple times staff standing taking why people are waiting for service

I have my honest opinion but unfortunately nothing has changed. I went there this afternoon and the only checkouts opened was the 12 items or less and she also had to stop what she was doing and serve the front counter. The was one other checkout with quite a line up and no staff on the floor.

I wanted mortedella at the deli they got stuff needs eating today for 3.50 a kg I say can I have fresh and happy to pay the regular price im told no can't open a roll till that's all gone n change the price in computer . I ask for a manager I'm told the same no I cannot have fresh deli meat. Is this for real coles ?

I have a major issue within Coles tried to speak to someone about this BUT the ONLY physically person I could/would talk to will be ☆CUSTOMER CARE! No one else.I was even unable to ring the HEAD OFFICE in Melbourne. Was told that no one actually works in the head office, only at home but could not talk to them neither.Got absolutely NO WHERE.I don't know what else to do. But get some legal addvice to help me.

Yesterday 14 July 2021, I visited Coles at Flagstone Qld. Hardly anyone checked in and at least 5 people walking around the store unmasked. I spoke with a staff member and she said they could not do anything about it, only police. I rang Coles Head Office, my call was passed onto another department, waited 30mins, no one answered. During this time I listened to a recording that said how my call and time was important!!!! I rang back and received a rude reply from a young man who said not his fault.My question to all of this is, Why say MANDATORY WHEN ITS NOT IN FORCE. Does not make me feel safe shopping in any Coles stores or another that does nothing about it. Just because things are okay here in Qld at the moment does not mean we should be complacent, its bad in NSW, it's heading to Victoria now and probably South Australia and I think we are next.
