I highly recommend Freightshop for anything important (like getting my Guitar to the island). Recently I needed to get an item from Melbourne to Christmas Island, and everything, including pickup from Melbourne, through to arrival on the island was organised via the Freightshop web page. It must be easy, as my son managed to do it :-)

You couldn't find a more down to earth, friendly and reliable customer service provider - this was clearly demonstrated by the community spirit Drew and his beautiful family shared with the Islanders - hosting an open and free to all pool party to celebrate Milly's second birthday - and a free for all movie night with a double feature: one for the younger kids and the other for those young at heart - with fresh fruit for all the children to help themselves. Keep up the great work - very much appreciated!

Super friendly staff and well managed. Drew and his team will always try to go above and beyond if they can. Only downside is the crampwd loading / unloading area and car park. That's not their fault though

Freightshop Perth recently organised two(2) very important shipments of repair parts for my brothers yacht on Cocos Island....Cannot speak more highly of the service from Drew, Amber & all their staff. Extremely professional, helpful & organised, an excellent mix of good old fashioned family customer service, along with modern technology (their website is excellent)....No wonder they are listed/linked on the Aust' Govt website !I've dealt with probably EVERY major freight company in my working career...The world would be a better & easier place if they were all like Freightshop Perth !!...Well done all, you should be proud.
