Do not waist your time with Patrick or this company in general... they get you in and take all your personal details and never give you work. Ive heard off numerous sorces that they only get there mates from ireland/england the work. Seriously stay away

My experience working with ACI Company was marred by a significant delay in payment for services rendered. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email, we did not receive any response for over a month. As a result, this has caused undue financial stress and inconvenience to our business operations. While we appreciated the opportunity to work with ACI Company and the quality of their work, we strongly urge them to improve their payment practices and communication with their suppliers in the future. It is important for businesses to uphold their commitments and maintain professional relationships with their partners.

Very unprofessional company, they take what they can and give nothing back, sometimes including pay. When they feel like it they won't answer calls or reply to messages and sometimes won't even pay you. If there is a serious injury or incident on a job site, they won't be there to help, they have no care for their workers at all and that all goes from the director Leigh down through the ranks. There are plenty of labour hire companies around, find another one.

Worked for them a few weeks. Suddenly from one day to the next one can't reach Patrick anymore. After many SMS and calls over weeks still no answer even if the site managers I was sent to were very happy with me before.Seems like they don't care about all about the workers otherwise there would be any information regarding to my employment.Also don't pay correctly sometimes or too late.Stressful to work for those guys.- Alwin

I worked them for 2 days and after two week they have not paid me and I ask Bitu hill and they said they have paid me but aci labour hire are not paying me and they are playing games and Bec Williams are not picking my phone. Chelsy is the cheap woman who told me that I will get paid but they are not paying me . They take money from clients but they have very poor professionalism and you cheap lee and Bec William tell me why you cheat people. Worked for this company for more than a year. Extremely unprofessional. They don't pay you sometimes and then make it your responsibility to follow up on it, practically to the point where you have to beg. If you can land a job on a big site things can run smoothly but it's pretty short lived. They told me one day that they closed down their labouring branch to the company so they'll have to let me go, but then proceeded to send SMS jobs for the next 5 weeks which I ignored. Again, extremely unprofessional.

Tell you what you want to hear and promise you work n blah blah blah. Reality is they won't respond to phone calls or texts,. I mean a simple reply isn't that hard is it???? Very unprofessional and I wouldn't waste your time, plenty of decent agencies out there, skip this one
