Great store so we'll set out and staff are very helpful. The store was super busy but the manager took time with us and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Never had trouble with this branch up until yesterday and it was so bad I am making my first review on it, I must share my experience. I purchased a different branded raised bed because they didn’t have the replacement toppers in stock at the time (understandable). The bed didn’t last 3 weeks because the way my husky lays the material rubs away from the metal to that I wanted a refund. Which has never been an issue before!Julia (a manager) wanted nothing to do with me and she never does with any customer from my experience of being in store. She constantly refused to give a refund even when she had to ask someone else multiple times who was below her role. (Just do a warranty claim! You made it out like it was coming out of your pocket, plus you make the job harder on yourself?) but after 30minutes of her wasting her own time they told me they could give me a different brand topper, which in the end wasn’t even the correct size for the bed.To add to that the other lady was just as rude by saying my dog has a chewing problem and to purchase something to stop him from doing that, lady if he treated his beds like his toys it be gone in the first day I bring it home. Disrespectful.The only person who I deal with is Jess, she’s completely understanding and has always, always gone the extra mile. Always willing to help and is just always so happy about doing anything for you.

Friendly prompt service and one of the only places left in the Geelong area that still sells Budgies! After one of mine died, the remaining one needed a new pal asap and the staff were so understanding and helpful in helping me choose one.

They are useless for dog grooming over 2 hours for a trim. Then they put your dog in a cage while they do other things, while i wait another 15 mins never again Do your self and your dog the right thing go somewhere else,
