I strongly recommend this practice. When we required complex care of a pet with seizures, pancreatitis and gut bleeds, we got the support we needed. The Greencross Vets @ Barolin assisted with every step from advice on suitable foods and treats for diet changes, to help to prevent itching. Our appointments were organised to facilitate the timing of blood drug levels, to prevent seizures, at the intervals tests required. This team have liaised well with the Animal Referral Centre in Brisbane, and we have valued their expertise and skills. The Vets and nurses have optimised our pets' quality of life. The vet gave my pup a vaccine that I didn’t ask for without telling me and it wasn’t until I went to another vet that questioned why I got it because it’s only for travelling to certain areas and it is quite pricey. It then clicked why I had paid a lot more then my other dogs past vaccinations, I just thought it may of been a price rise and hate confrontation so didn’t ask on the day. So when I went in there next time I asked for a refund of the amount of the vaccine they wouldn’t.I have never had issues in the past but I probably won’t be using them again because the vets should be explaining what they are doing before they do it to your animals.I used to use green cross Barolin when I couldn’t get into Northside with my work schedule, now I’ll be scheduling work to make sure I can get into Northside.

The staff at Green Cross on Barolin are welcoming and pleasant. Our Bearded Dragon Sam needed a small procedure done on his leg and the staff where excellent in providing information and after care.

Dr Shelley & staff at Greencross Vets were amazing in our time of need. When our regular vet could not fit us in, Greencross were available to help & made daily follow up phone calls to see how my dog was going. I will highly recommend Greencross to anyone & should we get another puppy one day, will be using Greencross Vets ourselves. Thank you:)
