Going above and beyond!! Respect! Dropped in to get new wiper blades for my daughter car and without prompting, got great advice and service and they even installed the new blades!! Old school customer service. Much respect. Thanks to a great team!

The team at Autobarn Marsden Park were super helpful. They found the spark plugs i was looking for and showed me where to find other items it was in search of. The parts I was after were all on sale also, so that was a nice surprise. The store was very modern and tidy, and the I was able to park close to the entry. Good experience overall.

Store is run by lazy teenagers, waited almost a month for a special order after returning to store multiple times to check up on the order. Month later ‘Nathan’ their front of house worker who I made the order with, said he forgot to make the order, unprofessional and untrained.

After waiting at parts counter for several minutes I went to the front counter where the staff where just standing talking to ask for help. They said yep and started to follow me. But instead of continuing with me they decided to serve a male customer. When I said excuse me they proceeded to turn there back on me. Never have I experienced such blatant sexisium in my life.
