On Saturday afternoon, I popped in (second time visiting) as I recalled having a good experience last time. Cia (sorry I've likely misspelt her name) was incredibly helpful, she replaced my Screen protector, helped my with a quote to repair my phone and even suggested this cool rope that I can attach to my phone and hang around my neck to prevent me dropping it again. (It's actually been awesome and holds super well!) Price for both were so cheap and she fit the screen perfectly. So again I've left really happy. And last time I was able to leave my phone with them and shop around and collect it on my way back, soooo easy!!

Richie was great. After taking to apple and they tried to charge me a replacement phone because of the camera was damage. $ 900 iphone xs.Richie fixed it for $130 he also replaced the screws apple store left out after trying to fix it.
