Horrible manicure. My nails are so misshaped it’s not funny. If a business is happy with that completed job then I’m not giving them a chance to rectify the problem.This in response to the business.Your technician shaped my nails, she cut my quicks after removing the shellac, to me that’s a manicure. She asked me what shape I wanted. She shaped my nails….. I went in with nails that were well shaped. I left with nails that looked awful. If your tech thinks she did an ok job then she’s blind or poorly trained. Why should I have to complain about the awful state of my nails to get the problem rectified? It should be done correctly the first time. What sort of tech would finish and think she’d done a good job when she could obviously see the awful job she’d done of filing my nails? Your technician filed my nails, the substandard outcome is all down to her. I didn’t file my nails into that awful shape, she did.I just wanted to get out of your store as quickly as possible. I was stunned that the tech and male person, ? Owner, looked at my nails and thought there was nothing wrong. I thought your store would be better than the one at the Park centre but I was wrong. Both stores are on the same level as far as I can tell from my experience. Do you honestly think my nails were left in a satisfactory shape? BTW I was wearing a mask… there was definitely no smile behind that mask

I honestly cannot recommend this business enough! They’ve done an incredible job on my nails and we’re very attentive ☺️

Came here the other day took 2 hours to get my nails done, the staff were playing musical chairs and as they continued to swap all they did was talk to each other in their own lingo (obviously complaining about customers) and don’t get me started on each and every staff member coughing, they were clearly all sick. don’t waste your money here it’s not worth it.Edit: it shouldn’t take 3 people to do basic colour acrylics. Have your staff trained better.

My partner just wasted $55 today on a set of acrylic nails for my birthday. I was walking through vic park and thought I’ll stop in and try a new place not in my area!Big mistake..The acrylic nails are all uneven, shape and length.Not sitting on my nail correctly on a 360 degree up, acrylic all over my fingers and in corners of my nails.They could clearly see I wasn’t happy and I tried to argue my point of I wasn’t happy.But what I should have said is remove them all but I just wanted to leave as soon as I could and would probably still been charged as money is more important.How can you look at nails like that and let a customer leave, wouldn’t you think actually they look terrible or get someone more trained to do nails! It’s not hard to notice a customer isn’t happy.I don’t even write bad reviews and if I do they are only good.I am seriously disappointed how bad they are! If the store is going to reply to my message, the only interest I have is my money back and I will not return again.

Are you serious? Nails done yesterday afternoon around 6:30pm and after 1 day it gone? I can’t accept this! What a poor technique, anyone can be a technician in your shop?Ok now I’m at airport heading to my trip. I found that the right side color also gone! It is ridiculous and I never ever had this bad experience in any nail salons before!

It was my first time getting my nails done and im so grateful that I went to Harmony Nails. They were so lovely and kind! I had a great experience and great service for an even better price. Thank you so much!

Great job done by the boy in the black puffy jacket! He done my nails for the 3rd time and always did a good job!! This time I ruined my nails and he had to fix it and he did his best to help me fix it and make it look acceptably cute and natural for my first day of work tomorrow! Definitely 5 star for him!!

Very happy with my shellac removal and gel polish. The technician was friendly and clearly experienced, and my nails were done quickly for a very reasonable price ($15 cheaper than I've been quoted by other salons in the area). I'll no doubt become a repeat customer!
