Coinwash Laundromat

I was using their laundromat a few times a week while we were having renovations done and then during the drought.Several times the machines got stuck with the coins not dropping through. The owners just ignored several calls over days until I left a message saying I was taking my business elsewhere.The first couple of times I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I have now been waiting 5 days for a return call, after trying to contact them throughout this time I am no longer going to give someone my business when the don't even have the decency to return a phone call.For the sake of a $13 refund you have now lost around $30 a week in income.

Although I rarely need to use a laundromat, Toowoomba usually having such great weather nearly all year round, the last several months I've come to this laundromat several times. It is always clean, well maintained and with lots of lighting and an enormous stainless steel bench in the middle, wide enough for me to easily fold my sheets and blankets. But that isn't the best bit! NOW you can pay with your debit/credit card or smart phone - no more scrambling to find change, although there is a 'change machine' that you can put lower denomination notes into.Although I always bring my own washing detergent, it's nice to know I can buy some from the vending machine there.I enjoy getting a coffee and a snack next door, or from the Bakery in the same complex.Probably what I like the most about this particular laundromat, it is obvious that the money to money the owners make at their facility gets pumped right back into their business.I really like it, I hope you give it a try, and also check out the other businesses at Wyalla Plaza in Taylor St Toowoomba. Domino's do great pizza too!

I have noticed that most of these reviews are quite a few years old so I think I'll give an update. Best laundromat I have ever been to so far, no more needing any change at all as you can pay using a qr code and your key card, amazing! Also the owner is a lovely young man that seems to go in about an hour before closing time and clean the inside and outside of all machines.

Everything works well until there is an issue with a machine and it takes your money without giving any service. Have been calling daily for two weeks to attempt to get a resolution with no luck. Won't be bringing my business back and will buy a dryer for my home use instead of supporting a local business that will happily take your money and not provide a service. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Take your business elsewhere05/07/21 Update -I managed to catch the owner/employee in at the laundromat and got my money back, however I had to go out of my way to attempt to get the money back. I would still recommend using at your own risk however.

Decided to give it a try after all the positive reviews recently.I only needed to use the dryers and to my surprise, all 6 of them were out of order at the same time.Hope they'll get fixed soon so I could update my review.

It is what the sign says and coin wash laundromat. Mostly clean and tidy. Machines all operated that I could see. Small to large size washing machines. Large driers available that did a good job drying a clothes. Large stainless steel folding table available with a selection of books kids to adult to pass the time if required. Change machine provided the coins we needed. I did loose $2 in the laundry powder dispenser machine (lost a star for that) but a quick trip to the supermarket a few shops down sorted that issue.I would wash and dry my clothes here again if I needed too.

The laundromat was equipped with all the essentials for washing clothes and drying, providing powder, softener and coins.Washing machines start from $4 for small loads to $11 for the industrial front load machines.Dryers are $1 for 7 minutes.The owner arrived whilst I was doing a few loads of washing and was very pleasant and talkative on arrival.Cleaned on top of all the machines, inside and out.Removed all rubbish around the machines and cleaned the floor. Even done some maintenance while he was there.

It's mad clean tidy and doesn't take for ever to get a machine or coins

Love this laundromat, has a change machine in there so just take your notes and it spits out coins. It's always clean, has massive washers and dryers, great value, easy access and heaps of free parking. It's light and airy so always fresh. A great place to take your winter blankets and rugs.
