Simply No Knead Bread Making
This showroom /kitchen/workshop is dedicated to all things bready. I visited the shop to get a substantial quantity of dry active yeast and it was very reasonably priced. The range of flours and bread making accessories is impressive, and they offer classes on such things as sourdough bread making etc on a periodic basis throughout the year. And one very important thing ... it smelled clean and fresh and slightly yeasty. I'm definitely booking in for a class.

We really appreciate your efforts to keep suppling through your web site this year, honestly we would have been stuffed , without your help, Our previous supplier closed there web site over night, and took the easy option. of only brick and mortar business model.Not having this option locally we rely on web sites living in Hamilton Vic 3300 most items can be brought if its run of the mill , but we found Stone ground flour was far superior than supermarket flour.Therefore we have been baking with it ever since.So thank you again

Purchased from store on a friend’s recommendation and I was delighted. The knowledge and friendliness was great. I’ve since tried the bread flour and pizza mix. Both have produce really great bread and pizza. They also have useful items to home bake with. I have tried the 700g loaf time and the baguette tin. Thanks Di.
