Dogtopia Retreat

Absolutely love this doggy daycare. Staff cared for Sage like she was their own. Knowledgeable and caring staff willing to assist with anything. I especially love that all the dogs are free to interact with each other, the paintings and theme days they have. They go to great lengths to make it an enjoyable experience for us and Sage. It is a 5 star centre run by people that are truly passionate about the welfare and enjoyment of all the puppies

Terrible daycare that does not care about their dogs or customers. Picked up perfectly fine dog that is now sick and shaken up to a point i’ve never seen and employees denying negligence and review of footage.

Our young Lab Ned goes to Dogtopia two full days a week and he just loves it. The staff obviously love what they do and it must be one of the best jobs in the world. I love the report cards and the daily photo of what he is up to. He comes home exhausted but happy.

With no previous experience working with animals, I decided to take the Beginner Dog Handling course to better my skills and increase my employability in a new industry, and it has honestly been a god send. I can honestly say the staff were amazing, especially the educator Mersey, who has been nothing short of phenomenal in her patience and ability to deliver key information. With no prior experience and a huge question of am I making the right decision". I can confidently say the Beginner Dog Handling course was well worth it

I love this facility for our fur babies and so does my 10yr 43kg genteel boy.The staff are amazing - feed back is so important. They talked about how my boy just sniffed & intermingled on his first few visits. Then became more playful. Then how the little dogs took to him, coming out of their shell to find confidence in being around him.They get to see what we do not - how they interact with many & how others react around him. I love the honest dialogue & daily report card. I love they have a structured time table for friends, games, quiet times, baths (free nail clipping) & swimming lessons at $10. Seeing Rocky in this environment is like the teacher telling you what your kid was like in school today that parents don't know on a daily basis. They see a side of my boy I don't but tell me all about it - LOVE IT!

Rejected my pup from coming because there policy demanded he was to be vaccinated at 16 weeks which my vet advised against because he would of been over due.They rejected him over a 6 day difference, which in my opinion is just ridiculous. Which is a shame because it would have done my pup a world of good for his social skills at such a young age. Very disappointing.
