Sushi is ok, lobster needs a bit of work (minced mush) as does the sauce on the chicken teriyaki rolls, should check out quality at Shinobu and try replicate for quality...Otherwise customer service and delivery were outstanding cannot fault

Saw this restaurant on a recent trip to Woolongong and read the menu and booked for dinner on a Saturday night! Arrived a bit early but staff were great and table was ready! Very good service and great food.Lovely Ambience , great table to open air view with Easter moon , started with drinks in bar area outside , music was great but way to loud , great service

Great place to go Very clean, FRESH FOOD in Air-conditioned comfort inside Palms centre, happy polite service and CHEAPER prices BETTER than OTHER out side in the OPEN AIR MALL which is hot or wet or cold with FLIES EVERY where.

Wonderful sushi.many choices.fresh and generous portions.was busy when I visited but the staff had it all under control.super nice and friendly staff.thank you to the young man who served me nothing was too much trouble.you are a credit to your boss and yourself.lunchtime thursday.The taste was devine.will be back.

Amazing selection of food, very fresh and extremely tasty. Immaculate customer service and a hygienic environment. As previously mentioned in another review, a great kids area with a sit-down lounge adjacent. I highly recommend.
