Rita who made my booking was very friendly . It was so lovely to get a green tea and a choclate. Simon is amazing hairdresser and the atmosphere is great and welcoming. His talented ,positive and open to suggestion. The consultation was very professional. I love my new hair style. I am still getting compliments and it's easy to style. Highly recommended and affordable . I will be back.

Top service! I am always happy with Simone’s professional skills and talent. He is amazing with colour, styling, restyling and cut. He really understands what I like and what suits me best and makes me look fabulous and new each time. I love his enthusiasm and bubbly personality too, he always puts a smile on my face! The salon is a very clean and welcoming place and I am 100% pleased with everyone and everything. Totally recommended.

I had a chance to do my hair shorter at Red Rupunzel. The male designer was very friendly and professional. As I don't prefer to spent long time for doing hair things, he did his job very quick, yet still my hair looked really neat and nice. It was a simple cutting - I guess it costed $65 (if I remember correctly). I choose this place among all the others in Balaclava, because they picked up my call, allowed me to come on the same day and, most importantly, the price was reasonable - while other places asked more than $100 for my cutting which doesn't require any special touch. Anyway, I am happy with my new hair and the services I was treated. I would come back next time :)

I’ve been looking for a hair salon that can deal with my difficult frizzy Irish hair for years and haven’t had much luck. Tamara does an absolutely amazing job. I’m so happy with my colour, and I’m hard to please!!! ( Ive been twice now so 1st time wasn’t a fluke) She also gave me some greats tips for home care. Highly recommend and definitely my salon of choice from now on!

I scored an appointment on Saturday despite only calling a day ahead to book. Jacob was awesome at listening to what I no longer liked about my hair, suggesting a couple of things, and then making it happen...quickly! Love my hair and will definitely be back.

I’ve been a client of Tamara and Red Rupunzel for over 12 years now. Tamara and her staff are all so sweet and accommodating. Tamara herself is VERY talented. Over the years we have done many things to my hair- different colors, cuts, styles and she nails every single one of them. She uses the best quality products and even when they’re flat out busy, she manages to pamper everyone that walks through their doors.Over the years, I’ve on and off lived in France and all over the US but I have never met anyone as good as Tamara. I would wait months until I got to see her and get a proper, good quality haircut.And I have also sent her friends who rave about her talent and services.I am so grateful for Tamara and Red Rupunzel, and for all the fun dos and for their hospitality.Yes, I would highly recommend their services!
