Amazing distribution services for any artist looking to accel in their art with excellent services you can only find at Ditto Music.The site itself can be buggy while not severe and manageable it can take time to figure out how to work around it but the people at Ditto Music have definitely seen major improvements to their site in recent time thank you.

Absolutely shocking. The support team don't even help you with your SIMPLE claim. I've asked for my Spotify artist URI link AND other artist profiles before my release FOUR TIMES NOW, as soon as I point the obvious on what I need they then choose not to respond to my claims for more then 3 days. Please don't use Ditto. Use Distrokid. Claiming your profiles is so much easier. I'm stuck with the service as I've already paid for the year. But I'm thinking of just biting the bullet and changing services. Only good thing about ditto is how it operates with royalties. THAT'S IT.

Used to be a good distributor but now they have the worst customer service I've ever come across. You will be waiting days to weeks to get a response in regards to any issues you are having with your music being released. They also end up mapping my music to the wrong artist profile on Spotify. I don't recommend going with this distributor. They dont even have a number to call if you are facing any issues.

So easy to use and incredible value for a single artist. One payment and unlimited releases! The analytics are great albeit a little slow to update but apart from that it's pretty much a perfect service. Thanks Ditto!

Have been waiting days for any feedback on an urgent request to do with my project release, no open line of communication to get any clarity on why my album was put on hold, would not recommend distro on ditto to anyone, worried i'll probably miss launch date now. There's a bunch of other options with far easier customer service, this has been an absolute headache.

Its my 2nd year distributing my music with Ditto Music and I don't regret it. Services have been smooth so far and incredible customer support, I must say. I highly recommend.Payouts take time though due to pending licensing verification.Check out my music under my Artist name 'FONYE' in all digital stores.

I've seen several online distribution companies but I have tried a couple but did not really earned from them. The royalties from Ditto Music have been given and the payout procedure is so easy and hassle free. I got my royalties in my bank account in less then 10 minutes.If I may suggest, please consider subscription renewal payment method using the royalty payout.All in all, I'm happy with the service, easy website navigation, publishing and payout.
