My husband had a car accident, we spent forever on the phone with the insurance company which instead I should have just rang Michelle straight away. She was amazing from the moment she answered the phone call. She picked up my husband within 20 mins from the beginning of our call! She drove him all the way from Sydney to Gosford. No hesitations, just got the done job and also helped with the smash repairer, and just made the whole experience so much easier. Have her number on speed dial now!

Michelle towed my lexus today. She was polite, friendly and professional. The job was done way quicker than expected and the price was by far the cheapest rate out there compared to other companies. Good communication when she was running late. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who needs their vehicle towed. Five stars. Highly satisfied.

Excellent experience throughout the whole service, from the first phone call to the end of the towing. Michelle is so professional and experienced, thanks for helping me out! Before I decided to choose Burwood Towing, I’ve contacted two towing agencies. One is too lazy to do that for me, also rude staff( United Towing Service Pty Ltd, which I will never recommend!), the other one charges me too much. Burwood towing is definitely a much better choice. Thanks again!Yang

I rang around to get some pricing to tow my car on sunday and decided to go ahead with Burwood Towing as is the reasonable price. I spoke to Michelle and she come and tow my car, she also give me some advise which i am very grateful as this is the first time i need towing. The whole process was painless. She was exceptionally professional. I would use her again in a heartbeat. Fast, professional and cost effective!!!! Thank you so much!
