EB Games / ZiNG Pop Culture - Altona

Purchased a mouse from EB Games Altona, which began to malfunction within its warranty period. The store refused to help, stating that the mouse was *out* of the warranty period, then stated they'll only honour half of the warranty period when confronted, leaving me on my own. I like EB Games, but I'm not comfortable continuing to shop there if the store won't help when products fail.

I pre ordered 10 shinning fates elite trainer box’s. I ordered it to be collected in store. When it finally arrived months later I go to pick it up and they drag a massive box from there store room out to give to me the first thing I noticed is the box is open and all the ETB are not stack neatly inside the box some are sideways etc. when I got home I pulled each ETB out they all had damaged seals on every box. I then realised they swapped the ruined box out with my pre order so they can sell the undamaged ones. Like why is my pre order open and damaged I can get it replace. Wherever you go ETB games is terrible from there customer services to ripping there customers if I hope they go out of bussness il never order pick up again or go into there store we’re they interrogate you to spend more money. Your the lowest of society if you work there.

Always friendly and helpful. JB usually set a lower base price for games which is an EB issue, not the franchises fault.

Prices are too high and price match policy is complete garbage. If I didn't have a voucher I would have gone somewhere else. Price was nearly 40% higher

Helpful over the phone and in store with questions and deal about games or trading in ps4 for ps5.
