I booked my appointment online and was shocked to find out that Melissa apparently the owner changed it to what she thought would earn her more money. I was not consulted or send an email to advised of the change until I was about to pay. This is shocking and pathetic! Few of my friends have said they have also experienced the same where Melissa just goes online and change clients appointments without consulting or speaking to them first. What is worse is my appointment was made when Melissa was on holidays but she manage to change my appointment while been away or speaking to Sullen the lady I had spoken to before making my appointment. Melissa is all about making money and service is pathetic!

Love getting my lashes and brows done with Melissa. She nails the natural look, which is just what I am after. The lash lift she recommended was a subtle change that has made a huge difference to my face. Her services always take place in such a peaceful and serene environment as well.

Hands down the best eyelash extensions I've ever had! Melissa is an absolute pro at what she does, and delivers exceptional services to all her clients. Could not recommend more highly!

I’ve had my lashes and brows done twice by Melissa. I’ve been to so many lash and brow places in the past but hers has got to be the best one yet! She really puts a lot of effort into making the lashes look so full and neat, and really pays a lot of attention to detail when doing them. I’ve had many people compliment my lashes and my brow shape after getting them done by her. Her studio is extremely calming and relaxing, she definitely shows a lot of love to her customers and makes everything look very presentable. I am so glad that I’ve found her shop, as I have been looking for a place to consistently get my lashes and brows done at for a while, and I love that I am now a continuous customer!

I had a lash tint and lift about 1.5 months ago and it still looks good! Melissa takes pride in her work and has great attention to detail. The studio is also a lovely space to relax and pamper yourself. Thanks Melissa
