Today I dropped into the store as I knew something wasn’t right with my bike rack. With bikes on and kids ready to go, I thought I’d get it checked just incase. After a quick look one of the team realised I was missing a part likely sold when I sold my old car. He then proceeded to go over and above to help me out by putting on the part I needed and getting us off on our way for a ride. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I would highly recommend the bicycle centre Belmont!!

It was a fantastic experience watching the Hi-Tech bikes in the store and especially the E-bikes. They were very polite and can help you with all doubts and suggestions you need regarding the bikes. They also service your bike and make you feel like you just rebought a new one. I would recommend going and having a look at their collection.

I came into the shop to purchase a brake block so i could bleed my brakes and was given one from the workshop for free.How good was that.I will make this my regular shop from now on knowing that they are here to look after you and not just take your money.Keep up the good work.

Went to Bicycle Centre Belmont to have the headset bearings on my bike replaced. Was informed it would cost $20 odd . Had not heard back for roughly a week and when I went to pick up my bike the price was $80. The parts were unavailable and they had not informed me prior to ordering more expensive parts.

Went in for shoes. Was I. There for 15mins and no one spoke to me. I was the only person in the shop. Poor service, nice enough mechanic tho
