Worst experience ever. This guy rooban says a delivery date and dont show up after paying full price and dont even take the courtesy of calling and letting me know he can’t deliver on time. So i call him and he says can’t deliver today his driver sick. Im like ok. He says ill deliver myself next day before 11am. 11am still no delivery. Call him he says im at another delivery and no call again until i did. He hangs up on me. thats how these guys treat first time customers. Stay away from them. Worst!

Very easy to deal with, great prices and quick delivery. When I wanted to return the pine decking in exchange for Merbau decking, it wasn't a problem at all and was picked up and the new decking dropped off a few days later! Great operation and very efficient service!

I was told one price over the phone, when arriving at site, they told me the price had increased in the same day. Had to borrow a trailer also which was an inconvenience. Not happy! Beware.

Bunch of clowns, a regular trade customer at this place, yet on the 14.12.21 at 3pm they tell me they have closed for christmas! I reminded them I spend $1000s here, they did not care. I won't be back!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I bought some sleepers, and they delivered - short 4 sleepers. I contacted them and they said 'someone must have stole them'. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not buy, they will rip you off.
