Although they were very busy, very quick turnaround. They were able to source and hold pallet racking that our company needed urgently within the hour. No issues and have used them before. Friendly & great help.

Terrible service. Gave us wrong measurement advice and we measured exactly as they said which was outside of bracket to outside of bracket. Only to be told upon installation that the measurements should of been inside of brackets. Then they try to charge us a fee to get a refund as we couldn't fit one of the racks. Their delievery driver also could not follow simple instructions. The racks were filthy and some look 2nd hand. The installer left a huge mess and their customer service lacks any urgency or follow up.EDIT: I HAVE NOT mistaken your company. Just goes to show what terrible and misleading service you give. My review is definitely warranted. I'm even taking this to Fair Trading

Absolute crooks and money hungry, watch out any one start working with them, first they will delay your salaries as much as they can and won’t pay you the full amount when you ask them what’s happening your get abused at the phone , be aware all the business as well , all the jobs are delayed I saw Josh (owner) swearing at three different customers in two weeks time I worked there . Beyond shocking Iam surprised how they still in business

We have used this Company before and had a great experience, but I think management has changed and their service that they provided us was very disappointing and unprofessional.Full Payment of the invoice was required before delivery and installation of shelving which we paid. They had promised us that they were going to return and fix all the shelving, after several number of calls to the office requesting them to return to our workshop and no one showed up.It was just a waste of time following this up, so we had to book and pay another shelving company to complete the work that we had already paid for.I highly recommend you do not use this company as they failed to provide the service that they advertise.

Where do I start with these guys?! Couldn't get any more shonky if they tried, will quote you a time frame for a project and then have what appears to be backpackers turn up to install after 10am each day (if at all). No accountability anywhere with both of the owners as rude and obnoxious as each other, then when you ask for an update on what's happening you get a tirade of abuse over the phone.. I'm amazed they have any customers left. Never again.
