Fitstop Nundah

I have been training at Fitstop Nundah for over a year now and can 100% say this is the best gym. Rob and Dav have created an amazing community with so much support! If you are thinking of joining a gym, Fitstop Nundah is the one!

I can not recommend Fitstop Nundah enough. The team are friendly, professional, approachable and super fun! They make working out enjoyable with their expert advice and (some would say) dance moves. I'm honored to be part of the Fitstop fam!

You won't find any other gym like Fitstop Nundah. Every trainer cares about your technique during training aswell as your mental health outside of the gym. The owners Rob and Davina give 1000% into the gym and it shows. If you are looking for a friendly and welcoming group training gym you must give Fitstop Nundah a try.

FITSTOP NUNDAH IS WAY MORE THAN A GYM. The owners, the trainers the community are AMAZING. The vibe. The tunes. The list goes on. I love that they've thought of everything and covered all bases of fitness with their Functional, Fit & Fast classes. Each day is a different theme and a new workout. No day is ever the same- there's so much variety. Do yourself a favour and try it out. You will be glad you did!

Nice gym but the communication is really over the top. When I joined at the beginning of this year I had people from the gym call me every 2 - 3 days. Nice community just a really over the top communication style for the normal busy person. Also if you communicate online with fitstop you will be communicating with one of eight or so trainers just be aware that if you contact them you will be talking with one of several people.

This gym is incredible. And it starts right at the top with the owners Rob and Dav. These two are completely dedicated to creating an inclusive environment with a focus on reinvesting back into the people that make their business what it is. Fitstop Nundah is fun, lively and challenging and provides a wholesome sense of community from the moment you step in the door. The classes are well structured and are flexible for people of all fitness and strength levels. The trainers will readily provide modifications to exercises based on individual needs so you can get the most out of every workout. They even provide a dedicated area for pets (Petstop) and kids (Kidstop) to bring along to your classes. Could not recommend this place enough.

The Fitstop Nundah gym/community is something you won't find anywhere else (shout out to Rob and Dav). All the trainers are welcoming, friendly and always wanting what's best for you and are there to help you improve/ hit your goals. With three different training types available you never get bored and it caters to all fitness levels. They have a great corner for the kids (kidstop) too!Cannot recommend it enough !
