WOW - This florist shop in Applecross is a fantastic gem that I discovered today. Rebecca created an incredible arrangement of chocolates and flowers exactly to my request, including delivery on the same day. My friend absolutely loved her gorgeous flowers and chocolates. I can't thank you enough Rebecca for your excellent professionalism, effort and AMAZING talent!

Update: In regards to your reply, yes I did buy from Stemsational. Please see attached photo of my order from you. BEWARE of this business, they will take your money send you burn't flowers on the wrong day (see pictures of the flowers that were received yesterday that were mean't to be delivered on Valentines Day) and will not issue a refund. Vicky from Stemsationl Floral was unhelpful and rude every phone call and I kept it very professional wasn't disrespectful in any way, they like to lie in order to make themselves look good online.Disgusting and horrible customer service! Ordered Valentines flowers to a shop that were mean’t to be delivered today. The flowers were NOT delivered and my girlfriend went without today. $220 down the drain.Your staff member Vicky is an horrible lady with no phone manners, the way she answers and takes calls is extremely rude! I expressed to her she was really rude on the phone. Her reply yeah well I just have a alot of customers in-store" in such a condescending tone and hung up.To have something not be delivered and then be spoken down to on the phone was such a horrible experience."

I came to Stemlicious with an idea of a soft romantic blush and eucalyptus bouquet- I provided the picture below. and received a tight posey of coral pink ( the bride picture has been colour corrected by photographer). It was explained to me at order that it was the week before Mother's day so supply was tight and there may be some flower 'type' substitution. The flowers I rec'd were in themselves beautiful but the styling wasn't right and the colouring was very wrong and didn't look great against my bridesmaids hot pink dress.

The best insight into a company is how they respond to issues.The order process and delivery for Valentine's gift was seamless and well executed.However, within a day the flowers had wilted. I sent an email with photos back in the evening. Within an hour Veronika Muller the manager responded and I had flowers the next morning that are beautiful and my wife is extremely happy with. The bouquet I on display 5 days later and look wonderful.While the initial flowers were disappointing the speed of service to rectify the problem and leave a delighted customer who will come back is a commendation to this company

Stemsational provided table bunches, a bridal bouquet and button holes for my wedding and they were all stunning. I sent them pictures of what I wanted and they matched them perfectly! The staff were helpful and great with communication. I can't recommend them enough.

I ordered a heart shaped arrangement of roses which I think could have been arranged better for the price paid. Communication, actual delivery and other aspects of the arrangement were fine.
