Rosso Cavallino St Ives
Pizza is never cooked properly. Base is raw except round the edges. No rise. No chewiness. Pizza isn’t just toppings it’s also about the base which needs to be bubbly and have some chew and some char. Not gluey.Your oven is obviously not hot enough Rosso Cavallino.

Pizza was delicious and staff were friendly and very helpful. Just don't expect much of a dine-in experience as it is more of a take out joint. Pity, since the pizzas are beautifully made.

Great pasta and pizza, probably the best pizza in all of Australia, and I have had Italian pizza in Italy mind you. The chilli prawn pasta is extremely delicious with the cheese to the prawn, absolutely delicious. Can't wait to come back!!

I agree on occasions the Pizza is never cooked properly. Base can be raw except naturally round the edges. To over come this I always order there pizza uncut, so i can put in my very hot oven to finish cooking and crisp up the pizza. Besides this small issue lol taste alright due to fresh ingredients. BUT wish they would use real PEPPERONI PLEASE not use that so called spicy salami as substitute.

Great pizzas and family special (not on weekends though unfortunately). Nice selection of gelato. Great position for a quick drive by pick up.
