I chose Charles Cleaning to do a bond clean on an apartment I was vacating and they did not disappoint. Sabrina, who helped organise the clean, was very easy to communicate with and prompt in replying and providing information. Charles did a fantastic job with the clean, which I was very happy with. As well as that, they even helped me in dealing with a very difficult leasing agent in a professional manner on my behalf. I would highly recommend Charles Cleaning and would happily use them again in the future.

All I can say about Charles Cleaning is that I have never had more attentive or accomodating service ever.Initially I had to reschedule a few times due to moving move out dates and Sabrina was more than happy to help me with that. The clean itself was thorough and made the unit look great and it was spotless.It was a pleasure dealing with Sabrina and her team and they could not have made the stressful thing that is moving house/getting a good bond clean any easier if they tried! I will definitely use Charles Cleaning for any other bond Cleaning/general cleaning I may need.

Charles himself and his staffs are always very professional and excellent with communication with customer. Pay attention for details, and always trying to accomodate client's request.Charles understands having little kids around house. He offers kids friendly non toxic chemical cleaning which I really love about.I can leave my house key with them when Im not home without worry. Staffs are punctual , trustworthy. I had some bad experiences in the past with other cleaning companies.
