I’m very disappointed, I purchased flowers for my mothers 60th birthday. I bought a reasonably expensive bunch and I was so devastated when I visited my mum today how small the arrangement was and the flowers looked like they were on the verge of dying.I expect some sort of a refund or compensation of some sort as I have gone out and bought my mothers something much nicer for a cheaper price.Unfortunately my experience has lead me to never ordering with you company again.I wait on your reply .

They were shipped on mother's day at a good time, but some were a bit withered. They said on their page - common questions" - that sometimes flowers will be a little brown but we should put them in some water and it'll brighten up.But it left the place on the same day it was delivered to my mum's house

Thank you for your speedy delivery. The order was made in the morning the bouquet was delivered before lunch. Just one note that the yellow roses were not in its prime state.

The price is very expensive for what you get. Lots of leaves but not many flowers (especially for $70)Update (30/04): LVLY has assured me that this issue does not happen often and we have now worked together to resolve this issue.

From start to finish LVLY were excellent! I simply love their gift styling and the pricing is on point. The aftersales team were super helpful and easy to contact and best of all the gift receiver loved it!!

The photos of the flowers didn’t look like what was sent. A bit disappointed. I also asked for pink flowers specifically when ordered. It was more of leaves than flowers.Ordered on the day and within a few hours, the flowers arrived. Good delivery. Polaroid was included.

I have ordered from Lvly before with no issues - ordered a larger bunch of flowers for Mother’s Day and unfortunately they were squashed into the delivery box bending the tops of the tallest flowers, and they weren’t in the vase on arrival so my mum had to assemble them herself. The flowers themselves are gorgeous though.

I left a two star review for LVLY on their website and despite it being respectful and constructive they have not published it (even after verifying my email address). This skews their overall review rating, hence I'm now more disappointed in their service and am reviewing here. I had issues with delivery due to the way information is displayed on their website. LVLY's customer service was very prompt and helpful in rectifying this, however the flowers received arrived late and were disappointing. Their promo photos for this item showed bright colourful bunches, but what my friend received was a big bunch of greenery, and a few white flowers. Not what I had envisaged for brightening someone's day.
