Terrific range, especially of specialty tanks like vivariums. Nice range if fish.Customer service was a little sparse. Was looking at fish for 20 mins with 2 staff nearby chatting about personal matters and never got offered assistance once.I wont say this is typical and i will go back again. Will update this review after the next visit.

Staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Went into buy a pet budgie and some other items and found pricing clear and reasonable.

Brought a dog. Was told its a Maltese x shitzu. Did DNA test on it to find out its a shitzu x chihuahua x papillon x spanish water dog plus more. 13 breeds in total. Don't go by the labels as they have no proof of breeds when asked. Would not buy a dog from this store. Git all the paperwork as proof

We visited Pet Magic today in search of some new fish for our tank. Bea was amazing. She has extensive knowledge of fish and was able to help up pick the best option to join our fish family. We learnt a lot about cichlids today, thank you Bea.Definitely our go to place from now on.

Always an enjoyable experience and lovely staff to deal with.We finally decided to get our first reptile. We decided we wanted a ridgetail monitor but couldnt seperate the 2. One of the staff members, Maddy, was ever so helpful and provided us with everything we needed to get going. Nice store, great staff.

Good shop with a broad range of pet & garden stuff. Product signage was confusing resulting in me committing to buying a garden ornament listed as being $194 when in fact they wanted to charge me $330 for it! They were apologetic for the clear advertising fail and discounted it to $290. Still a lot more than I was expecting!

Probably one of the best equipped and set-up pet shops I've seen. Awesome range of fresh and salt water fish and colourful corals. And even ornaments for your garden such as windmills. I'd recommend going out of your way to check this place out.
