Myhome Brighton

Using Myhome was a great experience. The staff were friendly and they did a great clean. I was really impressed with the tri colour system that they used. Overall l would definitely recommend using them.

Do not book these guys - very dodgy business practices. For the first booking they provided a reasonable quote for carpet cleaning including a couch, then when they arrive try to charge $100 more to include the couch. It took several calls to resolve with the cleaner standing there. The second time they offer my wife a discount which they then try to retract; I had to call them again to make sure we got it. THEN when the guy arrives they try to claim that because there is a rug over a part of the carpet it costs another $95 more (even though it’s the same surface area and this was never mentioned in the quote). At this stage, again they are booked and standing there so you have little choice but to accept it. Finally, after charging significantly more than the quote, there are still stains on the carpet, the whole house needs vacuuming again, and they aggressively tried to up-sell on carpet protection (not taking no for answer). I can guarantee we won’t be booking again.

Is it possible to give a negative star reveiw ? DO NOT USE this cleaning business- terrible company . way over priced ,staff broke 2 soap holders in the shower and the owner reluctantly came and replaced one just with a piece of glass, which subsequently smashed everywhere . Do not use these guys , their own staff really hate working for them too .

When I moved they did a great vacate clean and now they are cleaning my new place. The service is consistently good. Would highly recommend.

So unhappy with clean. Could not even clean under a bathroom sink. Could not lift a rubbish bin and vacuum underneath it. SO SO UNHAPPY.
