Booked in to have car looked at the day after phone call.Expecting arrival first thing.11pm comes along so i call mobile number provided to be told to busy today i wont make it.If i hadn't of called he wouldn't of even rocked up.A simple phone call would of sufficed so i could fix the problem elsewhere.Completely wasted my time.
