one man was very horrible to my friend who was just trying to get the right parts for her van. He was extremely unhelpful. If you can’t be kind then don’t work in customer service.

Came in with a friend who has a disability and he was treated very poorly by one staff member in particular. He basically told him to buy something or leave and didn’t let us explain the situation. Will not be back

Stood at the counter for service, was asked to wait while the retail assistant worked out how much change he needed for the till. Three other retail assistants came up to the front desk and ignored me until one finally thought to ask if I was being looked after. Very poor customer service.
