Extremely helpful.Able to get diagnosis quickly.Very family orientated. Not what I was expecting at all since I don't like talking to mental health professionals normally.Would recommend to anyone going through any sort of mental issues.

I’ve been seeing Anneliese for a few months on and off and she has been the only one to actually made me feel like I am seen and listened to, has helped me with my trauma and helped me realise what a good mum I actually am, when I believed I wasn’t. She has helped my mental health and continues to do so ! I pray this service continues to offer Telehealth as it’s actually made me want to reach out and seek help due to them accomodating this ! All the reception ladies are also very lovely and nice !

I have been seeing Nicole for years now and I really like her. Very professional and very kind. I always feel good after every session. The receptionists are very polite and always offer a glass of water as soon as you sit down. I don' t feel harassed and hurried like in other places. Keep up the excellent work you are doing.

Found the support unhelpful and my mental health depreciated from the support.
