I went to Farrah highly recommended by a friend so I had high hopes but was really disappointed with the service. I did get a call to say they were running behind which I appreciated, but running 40 minutes behind my scheduled appointment meant I only had 20 minutes before I had to go to an event. I normally really love going to the hairdresser and getting to relax, but was rushed through the whole experience, and couldn't make any changes and didn't feel really happy with my hair. Most of the ladies were lovely, but no one really apologised for the delay or that my appointment was reduced to 20 minutes. I still had to pay the full $110, and left feeling very disappointed.

I absolutely love my visits to Farrah! I always leave feeling so happy with fresh, bright and creamy blonde hair. Over the past 3 years they have also helped repair my hair health. Jess and the team are fabulous!

My first time at Farrah and I absolutely loved it! The salon is stunning and it has a really nice vibe. The team were so beautiful, friendly and warm and it really felt like every stylist in the salon cared about me, even if I wasn’t their direct client. Gigi absolutely nailed taking me from blonde to copper. See you in six weeks xx

Absolutely love the team at Farrah Studio and highly recommend. I have been going to the salon now for a few years after a number of false starts across Brisbane, and wouldn’t think of going else where. The team are nice, the space is fresh and clean, and the result is always as expected. Best blonde colourists in town.

Jess is honestly fantastic!! She always listens to what I want done with my hair and delivers every time. I always get compliments on my hair and asked where I get my hair done by friends and family! Could not recommend enough xx

The hairdresser that took care of me here was fantastic, and I don't fault her at all -- just want that to be clear and known at the begining of my review. However, when I had some issues maintaining a colour after an appointment, I received zero support (or response) from Farrah staff.I then received a random confirmation of appointment text months later. When I called to investigate, I explained that I unfortunately hadn't heard back about an issue with my hair, so I wouldn't be rebooking with Farrah in the future. I was told someone would call me to investigate the issue and I received an apology that nobody had gotten back to me... yet no response since.It's been months now, and I've held off reviewing because I genuinely did like the hairdresser that served me here, but I feel the need to be honest about the business' otherwise lack of function and poor client care.I just feel dissapointed to have paid for a hair colour that didn't last, and to have trusted a hair studio with my time and my appearance when they showed an obvious lack of interest in me post-appointment.

Jess has absolutely transformed my hair colour and condition. I have thick curly blonde hair that struggled with colour damage for years, my hair is shiny and strong and I get so many compliments on the colour. Wonderful team, highly recommend

Absolutely blown away by Kaitlyn’s work yesterday. Couldn’t have more perfectly matched my reference photo with the colour I was after and overall made my hair look stunning and healthy for my event. Will definitely be coming back to Kaitlyn for future colour thank you so much, she took great care of me whilst I was there :)
