Opened for only a few months by a Chef of 15 years+ who has worked and run kitchens locally in some of Toowoomba well known Restaurants and worked overseas , brings his culinary skills in preparing taste watering smoked Brisket, Pulled pork, Sausage etc dishes , served with chips/ wedges/ salad / slaw.As well as deserts, cakes and slices all prepared in house.Takeaway or eat inside options available as well as coffee, tea, soft drinks, waterMake sure you stop and try Flaming Knights with a great friendly chef who will not only greet you but serve the very food he prepares

Couldn’t even follow simple instructions to seperate diary from meat in bulk packs due to allergies of 1 person eating. Spend well over $100 to not even get one simple request met. 1st and last time.

The best brisket I have had in years. It was the perfect combination of juicy and flavourful. My companion had the Memphis chicken, and they were beyond impressed and moaning in delight. Staff were fantastic. This is going to be our regular place. Great job guys

So good! Really great food and the staff working there are amazing too.I got a BBQ platter for one and my wife got the memphis chicken. Everything was perfect and a huge feed! Love it! Thanks Flaming Knights!

Tried the Brisket Snack Pack and the brisket was very dry and rock hard, the slaw/salad had very little flavour but the chips were nice. I have also tried a pulled pork toastie from here and it was okay. Coffee could be better though, tasted very weak and I don't like the caramel that was used.
