I have been to many different places in Sydney, and have never been as happy paying an invoice, as coming to DNA.Firstly as soon as you arrive, their workshop is clean and organised. Which is great. The staff are well presented.The staff listened to exactly the problems I was looking to rectify. You feel like they really pay attention and want to resolve the problem with your car.Andre (the owner), is next level. Attention to detail. Courteous. Polite. On Time, (or if delays will update and keep in touch). Not just Andre. His staff are also a pleasure to deal with. Daniel was one of the other staff I dealt with, and he is also very polite and attentive.I put this down to excellent management, and the fact they probably thoroughly enjoy what they do.They fixed / found problems with my cars, that other reputable" shops that have a good following in Sydney

Had some coilovers and new leaf springs fitted. Not a fan of the shop, I won't be back. Poor communication to say the least..

It’s very hard to find Quilty shop takes pride in all aspects of mechanical & suspension upgrades also very clean workshop and comfortable people to talk with giving knowledgeable advice Andrea is always thinking about customer cars he’s even sent my 370Z to another shop to sort out a few issues hopefully it goes well for both of us regardless he’s paying for cost which is very rare for a business to do this much appreciated for all his concerns with my vehicle getting it fixed 100%

The quality of work here is brilliant. Despite the initial alignment not being 100%, Daniel was very knowledgable and helpful in diagnosing and resolving the issue after several adjustments and test drives. Each step of the process was explained in detail despite the car working against us. It was a great experience overall and I would highly recommend DNA.

Simply one of the best experiences you can have at a mechanic. I've brought my BMW X5M into the DNA team twice now for some suspension and servicing work and have always felt welcomed and have had the utmost confidence in their workmanship. They make sure to give you the time to explain every detail and answer any questions you may have. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else now.

Andre and his team are one of a kind. Their expertise coupled with the customer service is exactly what you need. Look forward to working with the team again.

Incredible customer service!Customer experience is something the auto industry is not known for, but the guys at DNA AutoSport have nailed it!I might've had the slowest car in their entire workshop that day, but they still took the time to understand me and my car, how it behaved and what I was looking to get out of it. The end result was a much more confident drive at the track and a new PB!Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
