Shen is so knowledgeable and very warm person. I am so glad I found this studio for my hair and Shen managed to give me slot on the same day. I did keratin treatment with my hair initially very dry and frizzy and now they are manageable and shiny. Highly recommend Cool hair studio !

Can I give Cool Hair Studio 6⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐stars if could be!Because the experience was amazing with reasonable prices. Shen are so experienced, knowledgeable and great at what she do. She took the time to consult, listen and understand exactly what I was looking for, which with blonde hair can be tricky, and executed it perfectly. I'm so happy to have found this Hair Studio.

The hair stylist is very professional. Months after permanent straightening I did, my hair is still straight and smooth.It feels very clean and quiet in her hair salon, because there are no other customers walking in due she just taking booking appointments only.If like to do straight or keratin treatment, I highly recommend Shen.Happy to know this hair studio, will be back.

(Honest review)Before i come to shen.. i went to famous korean salon at cbd to color my hair.. turns out my hair became disaster.. luckily I met shen and she fixed my hair (recolor & keratin treatment) .. she asked my what kind my life style and suggest me what color suits me.. guess what.. I received lot of compliments and i can see how beautiful my hair now.. she really focus and experienced.. if you ask me.. this garage salon more worth to spend your money on.. please go to shen if you want some make over.. i give 5 stars!!

DO NOT GO THERE! She burnt my hair when straightening it and I did not find out until I had my haircut at another hairdresser a few months later. She is also not taking responsibility of it! I haven't done anything to my hair since seeing her. I did not notice it all this time because she burnt it on the side and at the back. My hair has been badly damaged due to her and I have suffered significant hair loss since- chucks of hair have been falling or snapping off. I have to take supplements to try to strengthen my hair but I have been told that the damage is so severe that I cannot have anything done to my hair until it grows out- which will take at least ONE YEAR. For decades, I've been to different hairdressers for hair straightening and NEVER ONCE have they burnt my hair except for her. To make things worse, when I complained to her, she swore at me and told me she recorded our conversations. She threatened to expose our conversations- which I did not see the point because I didn't tell her any deep or dark secrets! It is illegal to record anyone without their express consent! There was no notice of any recording anywhere. For those of you who do not know, her hairdressing shop" is in a residential apartment garage. I did not know until a bit before the appointment and was very surprised how shady it was when I arrived. I am very sure it's an illegal business

She was doing my hair carefully and patient not like fast salon. I’m doing Balayage and classic keratin treatments. I wanted to thank you for the reasonable price for amazing job you did on my hair.It is so perfect so far even after many washes. The colour turning to dark ash grey now not like before I did somewhere faded out brassy after 5-6 washes.
