Excellent and professional services. My little toy poodle had a spinal surgery and after a years of physio and hydro therapy, stuck at a stage with no improvement. After tried 4 visits with Dr Jen, I can see very obvious improvement! Very happy and definitely recommended.

Dr Jen was so brilliant with my elderly greyhound Bill. Originally I took him to see him for arthritis pain after years of medication. I truly believe her advice and treatments extended his life by at least 18 months and his quality of life changed quickly after he started seeing her. She didn't just look at his movement but his overall wellbeing and health. As a result of accupuncture treatments, medication and a number of practical recommendations which I could do at home, I saw a complete change in his movement and energy. As he developed dementia, her advice on medication and practical ways to minimise his stress was invaluable. I couldn't recommend Dr Jen anymore more highly.

Dr Jen Robinson is not only one of the kindest and sweetest people I have ever met, her care for my 13 yo cavalier Poppy is wonderful. Poppy and my other dogs (who come along for encouragement! And Dr Jen’s love!) love visiting and Poppy’s mobility has improved so much after 4 or 5 visits. Dr Jen sits with Poppy on the floor, Poppy is so relaxed and comfortable and even my almost 10 yo cavalier Finnegan who is very anxious is calm when we visit. Dr Jen has helped Poppy so much. And has also helped Finnegan witty his anxiety.Dr Jen has added such quality to my dogs’ lives. I am so grateful to her.
