Very shocking behaviour on a female pharmacist . I questioned the price on a product as investigating it confirmed was making money off. However I was told never to return to the pharmacy ever again and was hung up on . As I don’t go there normally , but questioning something on pricing to the point she the pharmacist reacts extreme Not sure on the pharmacist odd bizarre behaviour very strange and unprofessional .

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the female pharmacist. She didn’t explain to me what I needed to do about my script(she gave me medication without a script) and that was all was said in the conversation! Nothing about coming back with a new script. My English isn’t amazing as it’s not my mother tongue and there was no explanation on what needed to be done. Received a rude and disrespectful phone call saying your not to come back to the pharmacy again. how was spoken to was absolutely not acceptable and will be making a formal complaint!! She made fun of me and very sarcastic and horrible manner!!!

Lovely caring service with a smile and no long wait times. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and helpful when answering questions. As a newbie to the area this will be my go to pharmacy moving forward.

Little Mountain pharmacy is our local chemist and we cannot be happier with the friendly, knowledgeable staff that cannot do enough for their customers, would highly recommend to anyone, keep up the fantastic work....

Very friendly and caring service! The pharmacist took the time to take me through my prescriptions and ensured I understood the side effects. Very clean and tidy!
