I ordered a new chainsaw that wasn't in stock. I had to wait 2 months on shipment due to covid but when it did arrive I was phoned and all was good. Apart from the wait service was very good. Happy to recommend.

If I could leave a -5 star I would! Absolutely appalling customer service! Have called numerous times, emailed and even drove to their store to sort this out in person only to find they were closed on a day they are supposed to be open!The man I have spoken to has LIED to me and taken money even though order was cancelled due to them not having stock nor knowing when they'll be getting more in.DO NOT purchase from here!

This place is junk the man who work there I think is name jack first of all he can't speak English which is shame I think he is Chinese secondly very bad customers service he did not answer any questions just hopeless I been this shop 3 time in last 1-2 years Be careful here: If you take your old stuff there to fix he'll probably try to make you buy a new one your one no good any more. He is terrible three days ago I been there but he have same bad atchichute then I been to Kingston Mowers Cheltenham and bought a new wipper sniper Mr Michael fantastic gentleman very good customer service he help me to choose right products and he me100 of good advice I will recommend every one to go that shop.

Wouldn’t recommend this store for any servicing. Took my whipper snipper in after having some minor problems. The gentleman without even starting it or attempting to have a look, told me it was “impossible to fix and I need a new one”Drove straight to Topnotch in Carrum Downs and they had the whipper snipper fixed and back to me within half an hour…

Some of the worst service ever experienced. Had my edger and hedge trimmer for 8 weeks and not even touched. Told me had the parts, went to pick up this morning and told was waiting on parts. Missed out on $2500 sale and didn't even care. Would not recommend to anyone. Disgraceful business.

Took my working mower in for a service and new blades. A week later, no correspondence. Called in to find out what's going on, only to be told that the engine is no good so we didn't service it. Now it won't start.Not happy. Was working the day before now nothing. Basically told to buy a new one.Be careful of here. They sell new mowers obviously, so if you take your older mower there for a service, they'll probably try to make you buy a new one after saying your old one is no good any more

Been coming to this store for a number of years now. Jack has been looking after all my motor garden gear for some time, he always is full of good advise. Since heading in to see Jack I've not been to another store. I always buy my new motorised garden tools from these guys, great price and brilliant customer service! AAA+++

Had a mower that I bought from Bunnings. They told me to take it to him for repairs under warranty as he is a Masport warranty repairer. He told me it's out of warranty and not covered when it has 5 years and only been under 3 years. This mower was pumping oil out the intake for about 30mins when it was running which I told him. So obviously it would be a little low on oil but he said it had no oil at all although it was still showing on the dipstick.

Do not trust this shop with your equipment.I dropped off a blower and whipper snipper on 5/5/23 was told 2-3 weeks for repairs/service.I called on 21/6/23 and he didn’t know where my equipment was and asked if he could have a look and call back. He didn’t call back.I went to shop next day and went with him to his back room where i found my equipment had not even begun to be repaired.The only saving grace was that my equipment wasn’t missing.This shop is incompetent and shouldn’t be in business
