Very slow service. Most products are available online for half the price. They must survive on trade sales during the week.

No customer service what so ever and no common courtesy. Went in to get a replacement globe and accidentally bought the wrong one. While in the process of trying to get the one out of the car that I needed they had decided to shut without letting me know they were closing/about to close or asking to see what I actually need.

Came all the way from kyabram to find that the store was quiet but still was slow on service. I asked for a product but found out they dont stock it for mazda 2s and I had to order it online. So I will be ordering everything online from now on.

Friendly helpful staff that are always willing to order anything in for you that they may not have in stock, often you will receive a phone call within a day or 2 to say they have got it waiting for you. Usually reasonably good prices too.
