Shocking customer service. Went in twice in one week. First time two girls couldn't even be bothered to say a word or even look up at us. Really liked some tiles there so took my son back as he is building. Thought i would try agin as he would be spending thousands of $$ on tiles. Walked in got a grump hello from behind a desk. Same two girls. Couldn't be bothered to even serve us. If this was my business they would be looking for work by now. Disgusting. Would never go to any of this franchise again. They need training.

Great service from the lovely ladies at craft decor, Katrina helped me find my perfect black tile which I searched everywhere for they look great. I was told by other tile shops not to shop here I dont know why as they were excellent and so are their range.

First ones in and didn’t get any attention from staff there were two people came in after us and were given attention straight away both sales people having a chit chat behind the desk prior to us coming in and continued on when we walked in not asking if we needed any assistance poor customer service

Recently visited Craft Decor Mandurah look for tiles for a toilet reno.. so many tiles ans and styles to choose from.. but found exactly the look I was wanting and even perfectly matching grout to finish the job
