Sam was amazing!Not having water on a very hot day with 2 small kids was going to be problematic for my mum who was looking after them. I called Sam who attended my job at very short notice and replaced the tap allowing for the water to be re-instated.

Crooks!!Charged $250 for a 20 minute home visit (only 10 minute drive from their buisness!) to advise that our bath couldn't have an overflow fitted. They also unblocked a wash basin.Call out fees for aussie plumbers vary from $60-$100. Labour charges $80-$150 per hour. Even going by the highest range, the Bill shouldn't have been more than $137.50.Will never use this buisness again. Save your hard earned cash for a decent buisness.

Sam is diligent on work and charges a reasonable price. I got the first quotation to fix a leaking problem in the apartment, but it is very expensive due to the work includes an extended area and tiling. I called Sam to describe the leaking problem, he gave me a quote with less extended area. He fixed the problem straight to the point (the cause), eliminates other unnecessary work, hence he charges a reasonable price. He also advises to observe whether the leaking is fixed for a couple of weeks, otherwise, he will come back and see what happens. Even if I did not approve the first quotation from another company, hence got charged $250 as call out fee, I am happy that I found PlumberMan to fix the leaking problem.
