Decent prices on towels and a huge markdown on bedding, however their prices are high to begin with. I would definately check them out rather than pay retail at a department store.

Was a lovely warming store. After explaining that I’m man and have no concept on buying bedding I was sold a lovely set of sheets from an elderly lady .Only to then being told what’s showing off my new sheets, that a quilt cover is required. So I had to drag myself back to the establishment with much built up pressure. That I left with a floral quilt cover. Upset, heart broken. Or more annoyed that a man had one job and had to go back twice

Terrific sales experience but why did I give my year of birth for their recording - data mining is not acceptable any more and I am amazed that I didn't think at the time to refuse!

Very helpful staff and good range of products, I really like the sheet sets and bathroom sets I purchased from here. I also like that they offer a recycling service for old items (towels, sheets etc). There's been a sale on nearly every time I've visited, prices are reasonable and the products always seem to be of a high quality.

The staff were so helpful, I was in and out within 5 minutes. I believe the ladies name was Heidi, she carried all of my items for me and was incredibly knowledgeable! If you're looking for quality towels, sheets, or bedding then this is definitely the place for you and only a short drive from the city!

The Sheridan outlet is great. The staff are very helpful and you can see and feel the bed linen and towels before purchasing which you can't do online. Selecting in person is very useful when you want to coordinate quilt covers, sheets and European cushions. I have purchased other brands, but they are certainly insuperior to the Sheridan range. The Sheridan range outlast other brands, hold their shape and look good for many, many years. I think their products are fabulous.
