I hired them to do cleaning of my Mum's house. The job was done very quickly, for top dollar. There were a few bits missed and although she offered to fix this, nothing has happened yet. The reason for the low rating is that Kim's manner was quite rude. I realise she is fitting a lot of things in, however there is still room for good manners when I am paying so much for this service.Firstly she didn't get the essential details for the job - my phone number and keycode. Not a reason for complaint if the job is done well, but shows a bit of disorganisation.But after the work was done I had explained that I would get to Cooma the next weekend to inspect before paying. Then she slams me with an email saying that the terms of their engagement are 7-day billing cycle. First time I ever heard about that, it wasn't mentioned before or at engagement. Then a follow up very terse email demanding the payment. I was 1 week late and this disrespect was not warranted.The business owner needs to appreciate that other people also have hectic and conflicted schedules. Understanding and respect go a long way in customer service. If she is concerned about non-payment then it might be an idea to set up an escrow system or something similar, not act from an assumption that the customer will not behave honourably.

Well what can i say when you keep calling and all you get is message bank constantly and leave your details and they dont even give you the courtesy of a phone call back, its saying that customer service is very poor and their not interested ,their loss cause ive taken my business elsewhere.Should be called cooma waste of time hire.

Be careful when dealing with this company. The sales staff may seem very friendly & helpful, but make sure you have everything in writing. If the item hired does not meet your expectations, put your complaint in writing. Also make sure that you are very clear about the period you want to hire for.

Terrible customer service. The woman “serving” was incredibly rude. She let me know the jumping castle I was returning wasn’t rolled up very well. I let her know it was as good as I could get it in the circumstances and if she’d like to give me a hand I would help her roll it up well. She was still rude and told me not to bother and that she’d do it herself. When I asked why she was being so rude she proceeded to argue with me and tell me I was only complaining because she was a woman. This is possibly the most ridiculously self absorbed and entitled thing I’ve heard. Gear was fine but dirty.
