I would highly recommend Bespoke Solar. They have helped us from the first inspection, to putting together a tailored solution and then installing the solar system, it has made the whole process so easy for us. The solar system is exactly what we look for. We are now excited to have a solid system up running on the roof and generate electricity for our home.They are wonderful person to deal with, down to earth, who have deep knowledges about solar and are passionate about delivering great service to clients. The products they offer are of great quality and are good value for money.

Bespoke Solar is an absolute stand-out, and honestly could not recommend them highly enough. Nita, Chris and the team are the absolute best combination of knowledge, skill, personability, trustworthiness, patience and customer service.We were upgrading our solar system, so I got three quotes from different providers - and definitely, not all providers are equal!Firstly, Nita left messages and called when she said she would. When we spoke, she asked questions to understand our circumstances and our values, and from the outset, I felt like we were going to get a solution that worked for us (unlike other providers who seemed to want to sell us what they wanted us to have...hence why we had to upgrade to a decent system).The Bespoke electronic quote process is also outstanding - we got to see the products and options at every step of the way.We were definitely difficult customers, as we changed our minds about adding a battery half-way through the process. However, Chris was patient with our questions and indecision and provided us with multiple design options that we considered trustworthy and absolutely not a sales pitch. On the installation day, Chris even came by to check in on the process (which was quite a drive from Bespoke HQ). We felt like nothing was too much trouble (even though we were, by our own admission, not easy customers!).Without hesitation, we would engage Bespoke again - having the peace of mind that we would be guided every step of the way to get a quality outcome and have an enjoyable experience in getting there!

Bespoke Solar is one of those rare mix of professionalism and down-to-earth people. They have very extensive knowledge around all things solar, be it rooftop panels, ev chargers, inverters, batteries etc and back it up with friendly, and no nonsense approach. I have installed rooftop panel systems and EV charging at two properties with them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if/when we need more additions to our growing solar arrangements. Chris and Nita are great people to deal with, super easy, straight forward, and the pricing is fair. We had our solar installed by another company but we had leaking issue related to the solar installation. They quickly sent Ryan, their technician within one week after we contacted Bespoke. Ryan is polite, care to explain the issue and was helpful to resolve the problem. We were going no where with the original solar installer.
